Do I have to order online?

Yes. At the moment we are an online handmade business, However you can meet and greet as well as buy from us 1st hand when we attend trade shows, Markets, fairs and events. Please keep a look out on our blog, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook for upcoming events that we may be at.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment Cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments.


Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes we do ship outside of the UK


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All purchases are made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks. This does not mean that you order will take 2-3 weeks to come to you, it just gives a little time just in case we run out of fabric and have to order more .

Once you have placed your purchase Please allow up to 48 business Hours for it to be processed and packaged. All orders are sent by 1st Class and should arrive within 3-5 days once we are in stock of fabric.


Do your products only go up to 12 Months?

Not any more. From the 1st January 2015 we introduced a new size system and now we go up to size 5 Years.


What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we would love to hear from you. Please e-mail [email protected] and we will try our best to find a resolution to the problem. As all products are Handmade to order, all sales are FINAL and we only accept returns or exchange for damaged goods.
